Advisor, early-stage founders

Hands-on advisory for founders scaling product and growth at the same time. Leverage, sequencing and execution under pressure, with sixteen years of operating behind every call.

The challenge

Early-stage founders rarely fail from lack of effort. They fail from sequencing: building the wrong thing well, scaling spend before the funnel converts, or splitting focus across ten priorities when one carries all the leverage. Advice from people who have not operated tends to make this worse.

The approach

Direct, working advisory rather than slideware. Each engagement starts by finding the single constraint that is actually holding revenue, then builds an operating cadence around it: what to build, what to measure, what to ignore. The style is the racing discipline applied to company building. Prepare obsessively, commit without hesitation, review the data, go again.

The outcome

A small, deliberately limited roster of founders advised, with the median engagement seeing revenue roughly double. The constraint is capacity, not demand; the work stays hands-on or it does not happen.
